Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

Manage assigned warehouses as the primary contact for partners, carriers, and internal teams. Monitor and enter receiving data from EDI and manual reports, recording lot numbers and inventory transactions per company procedures. Arrange outbound shipment releases, coordinate transfers, and process bills of lading to support accurate inventory and billing. Research and resolve routine inventory and shipment issues, escalating service or operational concerns when necessary. Prioritize daily workload and complete tasks in accordance with established company procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • 0 -3 years in international logistics, warehouse customer service and/or order processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize when necessary) tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Robust problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency in his or her work
  • Ability to work independently, yet also be a team player
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
