Logistics Coordinator - Forklift Operator

Job Summary
Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory movement while operating industrial lifts, stretch wrappers, and baling equipment. Maintain clean, safe warehouse areas by performing daily maintenance, stocking production lines using Bills of Materials, and executing cycle counts. Stage, check, and load customer orders, communicate work status during shift changes, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and safety procedures. Work three or four 12-hour rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment, adapting to frequent changes and assisting with new hire development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a production environment
- Must have a good command of the English language
- Must be able to read and interpret work documents
- Must have the ability to work in teams
- Must have the ability to perform basic math
- Must have the ability to adapt to frequent changes
- Must have computer skills as applicable to production projects in the manufacturing field
- Must be able to work overtime or on a different shift if required
- Must comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Schedule: Logistics Coordinator work three or four 12 hour shifts each week, rotating from days (7am-7pm) to nights (7pm-7am) every 8 weeks
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift experience and prior certifications
- Experience in Logistics related fields
