Logistics Coordinator / Expeditor

Prepare and submit documentation for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Guam Customs, and other regulatory agencies. Dispatch drivers and equipment to meet customer and operational requirements while monitoring container arrivals, inspections, and releases. Schedule pickups and deliveries, coordinate with warehouse personnel and terminals, and maintain accurate records of shipment activity and inspection reports. Communicate operational delays and scheduling changes to management and affected departments. Prepare daily operational, dispatch, and customs clearance reports for review. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays. Assist with resolving shipment discrepancies and support warehouse operations as needed. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company records.
