Match invoices to files, issue Com-checks and Quick pays, and support the accounting function. Verify carrier information through online applications, contact insurance companies for certificates, and call carriers to inquire about lanes and equipment. Answer phones, order office supplies, and complete required ALC system training. Maintain proper documentation and uphold company standards in a fast-paced environment.
