Job Summary
Build loads, set up carriers, and update pickup and delivery appointments while managing active load information for shipper and carrier tracking. Answer phones, distribute calls, match invoices to files, and issue Com-checks and Quick pays to support the accounting function. Verify carrier information through online applications, ensure proper documentation is sent to Carrier Resources, and contact insurance companies for certificates of insurance. Call references, inquire about lanes and equipment types, and complete required ALC system training.
