Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate domestic and international shipments and intercompany/vendor movements; maintain records and stay updated on transportation and logistics regulations; communicate with internal customers and freight forwarders, working with Customer Service, Shipping Departments, and 3PLs; process freight claims from investigation to resolution; requires a Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain with logistics emphasis and at least 5 years of relevant experience; strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and structured planning skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain (emphasis in Logistics preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in domestic and international transportation and logistics
- Familiarity with laws and regulations as they apply to logistics
- Proficiency in PC Software including but not limited to: Microsoft Suite, experience in ERP systems, Databases, UPS and Carrier Portal
