Job Summary
Logistics Coordinator is responsible for monitoring offshore logistics processes from origin to distribution centers, providing customer service to sales teams, and coordinating with various teams to execute wholesale orders efficiently. This role involves working closely with factory planning and shipping teams, mitigating fulfillment risks, and measuring logistics service providers' performance based on established benchmarks. The position requires a degree in supply-chain/logistics management and at least 3 years of relevant supply chain experience. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is essential, along with strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Required Qualifications
- Degree/diploma in supply-chain/logistics management
- 3+ years supply chain experience focused on manufacturing, warehousing, import & export, ocean and air freight
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office application, especially in Excel
- Knowledge of Infor Nexus, Oracle EBS, WMS
