Job Summary
Create waves of orders based on order type and service level, then work closely with customer reps to ensure routing, packaging, and labeling requirements are met. Print EDI, carton, and item labels, request routing in accordance with customer/vendor-specific compliance, and schedule pick-ups while procuring shipment quotes. Arrange and maintain all routing information, assist with customer service regarding carrier issues and lost freight, and coordinate with the shipping department to ensure compliance. Manage assigned administrative functions and perform other duties as needed. High school graduate required with minimum 3 years' experience in shipping, routing, and customer billing. Flexible hours including overtime available.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in shipping, routing, customer portals, and customer billing
- Able to work flexible hours when needed, including overtime
- Strong organizational skills to deal with a large volume of work
- Attention to detail
- Effective time management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability based on facts and knowledge
- Proficient in 10-key and data entry
- PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Required to read, write, and speak English fluently
