Job Summary
Print, copy, and distribute daily production schedules to Operations teams while transmitting accurate data into the Warehouse Management System. Scan, upload, and maintain documentation for Less Than Truckload shipments, verifying records for internal tracking and customer inquiries. Manage escalations regarding order status, delivery concerns, and expedite requests by coordinating with internal departments to gather updates and provide resolution timelines. Conduct operational walk-throughs to identify opportunities for expedited orders and analyze trends to support continuous improvement initiatives related to delivery performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Must be available for 1st shift Monday-Friday and some Saturdays
- Must be available for 8 hour shift
- Must be available for shift times 700AM-330PM
- Must be able to work in an office environment
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to walk production areas
- Must be able to manage escalations professionally
- Must be able to collaborate across departments
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must have strong time-management skills
- Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must have the ability to track and interpret operational metrics
- Must have an analytical mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of administrative, planning, operations support, logistics, manufacturing, or customer service experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems
- Experience tracking and interpreting operational metrics (OTIF)
