Job Summary
Support daily warehouse and scheduling operations to ensure customer and production requirements are achieved. Update and distribute daily dock, warehouse, and scheduling reports while maintaining operational KPI reports and productivity metrics. Assist with daily loading dock audits, monitor warehouse capacity and inventory movement, and support physical inventory and cycle count processes. Serve as a communication link between scheduling, warehouse, receiving, and shipping teams to address operational issues and escalate concerns impacting customer service or shipping performance. Participate in daily operational meetings, identify bottlenecks, and recommend practical solutions to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Three or more years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse operations, scheduling, or supply chain operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and levels of leadership
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to identify issues and help coordinate solutions
- Comfortable working in both office and production environments
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or additional supply chain coursework
- Experience working with warehouse, inventory, scheduling, or shipping operations
- Experience with ERP systems and operational reporting
