Job Summary
Ensure implementation of global and local order management, logistics, and customs policies, acting as the central coordination point between factories, suppliers, freight forwarders, and authorities. Oversee order status, demand planning, delivery schedules, and invoicing for equipment, components, and spare parts while defining critical timelines within the value chain. Manage supplier relationships and negotiations to secure optimal terms and quality, monitor key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes. Respond to critical inquiries as an escalation point, analyze operational logistics status, and implement corrective actions from audits. Conduct trainings on customs and export control regulations to guarantee adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, order management, or supply chain, with direct exposure to import/export operations
- Experience with customs compliance, export control regulations and interaction with government authorities
- Background in supplier management, sourcing or international purchasing
- Experience in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics/transport management tools
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data/reporting tools
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
