Job Summary
Coordinate all ground transportation, domestic and/or international, for assigned areas by researching options, selecting vendors based on contract and price, and managing service requests, cancellations, and confirmations. Build strong vendor and internal relationships through regular communication while resolving guest service challenges related to delays or emergencies to ensure optimal turnaround times. Complete transportation audits and reporting in compliance with department goals, contributing to the organization's financial stability. Work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays to meet business needs, utilizing multi-tasking skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications to optimize productivity.
Required Qualifications
- One year experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekend, night, and holiday coverage to meet business need
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications
- Embraces a mindset of curiosity and continuous learning, actively exploring and leveraging AI and other emerging technologies to improve processes, elevate content, and drive efficiency across the organization
