Job Summary
Logistics Coordinator responsible for receiving/processing shipments, tracking inventory, managing parts and finished products, coordinating with departments, and maintaining records. Duties include signing for incoming packages, creating work orders for repairs, performing quality inspections on incoming units, scanning/maintaining receiving documentation, verifying part/serial numbers, preparing shipments, labeling and packaging, maintaining stockroom organization, assisting with daily inventory counts, managing consignment inventory, running picking reports to support order fulfillment, assisting technicians with service windows, and ensuring effective communication across departments. Experience with receiving/stockroom/shipping and familiarity with the Quantum inventory system are preferred. Requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility to work various schedules.”,
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends if necessary
