Job Summary
Logistics Coordinator to support AX Beauty's operations by coordinating the timely pickup/shipment of orders and samples (including hazardous and non-hazardous), issuing bill of ladings, maintaining shipping trackers, processing Sales Orders and Invoices in MAS 90/Sage 100 and SPS (EDI), ensuring compliance with routing guides, interfacing with Finance on invoicing, coordinating vendor shipments and freight costs, obtaining proofs of delivery, and creating/modifying SOPs. The role requires cross-departmental collaboration, strong problem-solving, customer service from order inception to completion, and the ability to manage relationships with retailers and vendors. Based in California with remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (2-year degree a plus)
- 2-3 years experience in a 3PL/ Distribution of FMCG within the US
- Experience with large retailers (Target, Walmart, TJX) a plus
- International logistics experience a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
