Job Summary
Contact existing marketplace clients to present logistics services, understand transport needs, and prepare quotations. Organize shipments end-to-end by coordinating documentation, following up on requests, and solving problems. Maintain active communication through calls, emails, and online meetings while supporting transport-related documentation and invoicing. Compare our solutions against current providers to help close deals. Fluent in English with at least one year of logistics or customer-facing experience. Monthly commission based on results.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, managing shipments, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience in sales or commercial roles — comfortable initiating calls with existing clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- A persistent, structured, and proactive personality that enjoys achieving measurable results
- Ability to react quickly, solve issues, and keep shipments moving
- Fluent in English
