Logistics Coordinator

Take calls for the department, perform housekeeping tasks, and support internal and external customers. Review all Human Tissue or medical device orders for quality prior to shipment, book and route product with approved vendors, and receive medical devices into finished goods inventory per Quality procedures. Receive and verify product per purchase order into SAP, enter batches per SOP, re-stack product, and ensure all labeling and expiration dates are correct. Support On-Call rotation and assist with FedEx/UPS shipments for other departments. Requires proficiency with Lotus Notes, SAP, and Microsoft systems.
