Job Summary
Logistics Coordinator to liaise with customers and operations on order fulfillment, inventory & shipment activities; collaborate with operations to provide feedback to customers on operational issues; coordinate with customers to resolve issues; generate KPIs and reports; verify vendor invoices and liaise on discrepancies; monitor warehouse supplies and raise POs; coordinate urgent order fulfillment with customer, operations and transporter; ensure accurate and timely system transactions; maintain compliance with company policies; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the logistics industry preferred
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) & Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Exceed System
