Logistics Coordinator (APAC Service Operations)

Job Summary
Coordinate daily dispatch processes, manage carrier rates, and resolve operational issues in real-time to ensure same-day and next-business-day deliveries for APAC customers. Take ownership of inventory management, including inbound exceptions and PI reports, while aggressively managing exceptions to close them quickly. Act as the primary coordinator for inbound and outbound discrepancies, partnering with 3PLs and couriers to prevent delays and track priority shipments end-to-end. Retrieve compliance certificates, test reports, and other documents necessary for shipment release, supporting APAC compliance audits and vendor assessments. Analyze data to develop KPIs on RMA aging, lead times, and discrepancy resolution to improve the customer return experience. This role balances cost, delivery speed, and quality performance to influence customer satisfaction within the Global Service Operations organization.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in warehousing, reverse logistics, transportation, or compliance
- Understanding of supply chain concepts (planning, inventory, logistics)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent (fluent) oral and written English skills
- Must be based in Malaysia with legal work rights
