Job Summary
Logistics Coordinator role focusing on coordinating order management and 3PL distribution, inbound/outbound shipments across ocean, air, and ground, and supporting customer service policies across Sales, Finance, Planning, Operations, and Distribution. Acts as primary contact for customers and external logistics providers to meet service expectations, maintains data for reporting/forecasting, monitors logistics KPIs, coordinates inventory adjustments and production scheduling, assists with transportation provider negotiations and rate management, analyzes ordering trends for cost/service improvements, supports EDI implementations, evaluates shipping solutions, processes freight/carrier claims, and oversees global inbound logistics and Latin America export operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, customer service, or related operational role
- ERP experience such as SAP S/4HANA or similar
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Experience coordinating inbound/outbound shipments and carrier negotiations
- Knowledge of import/export, customs documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work independently with multiple priorities
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
