Logistics Coordinator (AIR & Ocean Operations)

Create and maintain daily tracking reports for Air Export, Ocean Import, and OTR including weekend operations. Gather departure information for containers and air cargo, monitor on-time departures from U.S. terminals, and coordinate schedules with terminal operators and customs brokers. Track ocean containers, rail intermodal units, and air shipments in real time while validating Import of Documentation and Proof of Delivery daily. Oversee Transload Warehouse capacity planning, manage KPIs for dwell time and damage rates, and resolve operational bottlenecks. Schedule and dispatch Truckload Outbound orders using the Transportation Management System to optimize routing and minimize costs. Serve as the primary contact for carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to handle claims and escalations. Ensure all shipments comply with international trade regulations and maintain accurate records for audits. This role supports global distribution of mobile devices with a focus on speed, reliability, and operational efficiency.
