Job Summary
Logistics Coordinator for the Afternoon Shift (2pm–10:06pm, Mon–Fri) responsible for coordinating timely delivery of MYMC products to retail and individual customers. Key duties include linehaul bookings for online and retail pickups, creating and sending manifests with strict adherence to schedule, filing logistics reports and documents daily, reviewing GNR and Depot Stocktake data, assisting with weekly cycle counts and data entry for stock counts, and ensuring timely dispatch of Sample orders Tue–Fri. Requires minimum 5 years in logistics (prefer FMCG), strong communication, ability to work under tight deadlines, and advanced Excel skills. Role based in Yennora, NSW, Australia, in-person location.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics, preferably FMCG environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Able to handle requests from key stakeholders, work within tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
- Solid knowledge of Advanced Excel (MS Office suite)
