Job Summary
Track inbound and outbound loads to report on time performance, re-routing vehicles to meet customer demands when receiving delays occur. Make appointments for all outbound orders and update the tools used for Logistics Metrics. Maintain the customer information file for appointments while ensuring effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. This afternoon shift role supports Mastronardi Produce's Logistics team, focusing on the functional operation of the department to deliver WOW flavor experiences through reliable supply chain management.
