Job Summary
Develop and execute the daily fuel delivery schedule for SWTO, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure customer needs are satisfied. Manage inventory and fuel supply execution with a strong focus on operational efficiency. Leverage expertise in transportation management systems and fuel forecasting applications to optimize delivery routes and replenishment cycles. Utilize MS Office suite tools for data analysis and communication, while resolving issues and maintaining strong teamwork within the logistics function. This role supports SWTO's fleet of 200+ power units delivering approximately 1.8 billion gallons of fuel annually to retail and commercial fueling centers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED and relative experience
- Associate's Degree in related field (logistics)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing and reaching
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Education Requirements: High School Diploma, GED and relative experience, Associate's Degree in related field (logistics) or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Preferred experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and fuel forecasting & replenishment applications
- Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issues
- Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations
- Strong collaboration, teamwork and leadership skills
- Positive, professional attitude and adaptive to change
