Job Summary
Logistics Coordinator to oversee customer orders from receipt through shipment, act as the communication bridge between sales and warehouse, monitor open orders, and manage shipping compliance across small parcel, LTL, truckload, and intermodal. Responsibilities include prioritizing and assigning tasks to warehouse staff, generating department reports, coordinating labor allocation, handling variances in volumes for B2B/B2C, and maintaining timely, accurate shipping schedules. The role requires strong computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with SAP Business One and/or EDI; candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to pivot to other departments as needed, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Education/experience includes a university-level degree or equivalent, and 1-5 years of related logistics/dispatch experience; SAP B1 or AccellosOne WMS experience is a plus; knowledge of collegiate and professional sports teams is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- University or Collegiate level degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-5 years working in a warehouse, or a transportation role preferred, but not required
- Experience working in SAP B1 or AccellosOne WMS preferred but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with EDI transactions preferred but not required
