Job Summary
Manage inbound logistics operations for domestic and international finished goods into the New York distribution center. Oversee inbound shipments, receiving and inspection, inventory reconciliation, and documentation accuracy across ERP and warehouse management systems. Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth movement into the warehouse; track end-to-end shipment status and resolve delays; maintain organized receiving areas and support daily inbound warehouse operations. Develop inbound logistics reports, manage inventory allocations, and ensure KPI achievement with 3PL partners. Maintain accurate logistics data across systems and dashboards; support KPI tracking and operational analysis. Requirements include 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Suite (intermediate Excel)
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments
- Detail-oriented and organized
