Job Summary
Process orders on time by working closely with stakeholders to ensure clean orders and coordinating with the Warehouse team to pack items for collection. Prepare full sets of shipping documents for both domestic and international deliveries, handling all ad hoc requests related to warehouse and logistics matters. This role supports Illumina's mission to expand access to genomic technology for global health equity.
Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience in order processing
- Experience in coordinating international air shipments
- Experience in domestic deliveries
- Experience in preparation of shipping documents
- Basic fundamental knowledge in logistics
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in SAP
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
- Ability to comply with ISO 13485
- Ability to comply with other regulatory requirements
