Job Summary

Logistics Co-ordinator role to manage the movement, control, and documentation of materials, equipment, and personnel for large-scale infrastructure works (Liverpool Bay Carbon Capture Scheme). Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, delivery, and tracking; maintaining inventory and laydown-site processes; planning workforce logistics, transport, induction, PPE allocation; ensuring safety, site security, and compliance; maintaining logistics registers and reporting; coordinating with supply chain, procurement, and internal teams; and supporting onboarding and documentation in line with project governance. The position is office-based with standard hours 7am–5pm, supporting collaboration across sites in Mold (Flintshire) and Deeside. Skills emphasized include logistics coordination, multi-stream management, site operations knowledge, MS Office/SharePoint/Teams, and strong communication across multidisciplinary teams. Desirable experience includes pipeline, civils, or mechanical infrastructure projects and knowledge of carbon capture or energy-transition infrastructure.
