Job Summary
This Logistics Co-Ordinator role focuses on end-to-end order processing and fleet coordination within the UK logistics team. Key duties include inputting orders into Microsoft NAV (training provided), checking product availability with production sites, liaising with hauliers to keep deliveries on schedule, coordinating EU-to-UK shipments, handling basic post-Brexit customs requirements, raising purchase orders and customer invoices, processing supplier invoices, and supporting the Logistics Manager with small projects. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of learning new systems quickly, with strong written and verbal communication and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
