Logistics Co-Founder / CFO (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

Logistics Co-Founder / CFO role (100% remote) focused on building and running a startup within a mentoring and funding-enabled program. You will own and operate your startup in collaboration with serial-entrepreneur mentors, receive intensive coaching to reach product-market-fit, and build a sales/marketing engine with support for hiring and scaling a team. The program provides salary while you build the company or up to €500k in funding, 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a large founder/investor network, and guidance toward securing multi-million euro funding rounds within 12 months. You should be based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocating, and you have to be able to lead and communicate effectively in English to drive the startup toward €100M+ revenues. Tasks include owning, building, and running the startup in logistics, following a personalized development plan, and iterating the product with the EWOR Fellows network to achieve market-fit, hiring and scaling teams, and developing a marketing engine and sales force. Highly desirable are strong leadership, strategic execution, fundraising readiness, and relationship-building with top founders and investors.
