Job Summary
Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and Excel while reconciling discrepancies and supporting cycle counts. Process material movements and transfers, preparing and verifying shipping documents for inbound and outbound deliveries. Coordinate with carriers and vendors, ensuring compliance with shipping and receiving protocols and communicating with production, planning, and quality teams. Perform daily logistics activities including staging, labeling, documentation, and warehouse organization. Enter data into SAP systems, generate reports for inventory status and audit support, and follow all safety procedures and GMP standards. Work a 12-hour day shift on a 2-2-3 schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM at a rate of $28.18/hour. Fork truck certification and one year of logistics experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Fork Truck Certified
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory roles
- Proficiency in SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Effective communication skills
