Logistics Buying Support Specialist

Job Summary
Provide transport solutions by handling transport requests, launching RFQs for spot and contract purchases, monitoring supplier responses and selecting awarded carriers, communicating results to stakeholders, and booking all mandatory transport data in AML systems for invoicing. Ensure health and safety procedures are communicated at loading sites, follow up loading operations and deliveries, maintain daily contact with transport and logistics teams, carriers, and EPO, and generate daily operation reports with performance measurements.
Required Qualifications
- University degree required
- Previous experience in purchasing/logistics would be an asset
- Strong organization skills
- Experience with IT systems
- General MS Office knowledge
- Very good knowledge of English is mandatory
- Very good knowledge of French/ German/ Spanish/ Dutch - would be an asset
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and work in a team
