Logistics Associate (Puerto Rico)

Logistics Associate responsible for coordinating and preparing customer orders safely and accurately for delivery or pickup, loading products into containers/trays, dispatching orders, establishing routes, and scheduling deliveries to specific destinations. Oversees pending inventory, manages stock levels, maintains accurate inventory records, handles and organizes materials to minimize damage, maintains the surgical instrument area and keeps instruments clean and ready for use, identifies damaged or expired items, investigates and adjusts billing-related customer complaints, evaluates case variations for timely invoicing, responds to inquiries about services, rates, and service areas, assesses items to transport for weight and packaging needs, receives and dispatches warehouse goods daily, and performs routine maintenance to meet safety standards and keep storage areas orderly. Requires forklift operation, night shifts as needed, and holiday/weekend guard duty.
