Logistics Associate - Korean Bilingual Preferred

Job Summary
Manage inventory, shipments, and transportation arrangements by processing data in ERP/WMS/TMS systems and monitoring daily warehouse reports. Conduct inventory audits, inspect damaged products, and update transactions in SAP to resolve discrepancies and manage irregularities like delays, claims, and lost goods. Coordinate with carriers to resolve transportation issues, develop new carriers, and oversee FTL, LTL, and DTL modes while tracking Pre-Shipment and Post-shipment administration including IOD and POD. Analyze costs and create reports to support business execution, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries with high service quality. Work directly with sales and production teams to resolve collaboration issues and maintain accurate records.
Required Qualifications
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Travel up to 10% of time
Desired Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field
- Experience with ERP/SAP/TMS
- 1-6 years of relevant experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc.) and major MS Office Suite
- Ability to multi task and prioritize duties assigned
- Basic knowledge of economics and accounting
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Management of financial resources
- Time management skills
- Korean Bilingual
