Job Summary
Prepare and execute outbound shipments accurately, generating documentation including packing lists and bills of lading while entering transactions in SAP. Coordinate freight pickups, assign charges, and stage finished goods per carrier requirements, supporting international shipments with proper labeling. Maintain accurate logistics records for traceability and compliance. Additionally, support material handling by performing SAP material movements, conducting cycle counts, and safely operating warehouse equipment like forklifts. This role requires standing for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 50 pounds. Apply before the window closes in five days; Entegris does not provide immigration sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Lift and/or move materials up to 40–50 pounds
- Ability to work in required PPE (safety glasses, steel‐toe footwear, cleanroom PPE as required)
- Ability to safely work at heights using ladders or powered equipment when needed
Desired Qualifications
- 1–3 years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience
- Experience with SAP or inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures
- Basic math, data entry, and computer skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Familiarity with shipping processes and carrier requirements
