Logistics Associate

Job Summary
Logistics Associate to support supply chain operations, including coordinating shipping/customs documentation, inventory management, material movement, and reporting. Responsibilities include preparing and processing shipping and customs docs, coordinating with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and 3PLs; updating ERP/inventory systems; supporting production control, inventory control, and purchasing; preparing monthly material and equipment inventories; receiving and recording stock; issuing materials based on requisitions; tracking movement of materials; maintaining shipping records and invoices; and assisting billing with transportation cost information. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of logistics experience; fresh graduates encouraged. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are desired.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Equivalent qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or a related field
