Job Summary
Provide logistics support to a Joint Service Middle Tier Acquisition and Rapid Fielding Acquisition program, contributing to the planning, coordination, and execution of program logistics and sustainment activities across the acquisition lifecycle. Support the development and maintenance of logistics documentation and deliverables while assisting with the planning and coordination of logistics activities to support program acquisition and sustainment objectives. Engage with stakeholders across program acquisition, logistics, engineering, and field activity teams to facilitate coordination and support program execution. Collect, organize, and analyze logistics and program data to support planning, reporting, and risk identification. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced program environment. Develop presentations, facilitate brief updates, provide meeting support, and track action items in support of program leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with DoD product support, life cycle logistics, or sustainment roles
- Experience as a PSM, PSSM, or DPSM on a major defense acquisition program
- Experience with performance-based logistics, supply chain management, and sustainment metrics
- Experience with logistics information systems, data analytics, and digital product support tools
- Supporting program documentation, briefings, and meeting coordination utilizing Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition and sustainment policy, the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF), and the 12 IPS Elements
- Ability to develop and execute LCSPs and product support strategies
- Top Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- TS/SCI clearance
- Top Secret clearance is required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Navy or Marine Corps acquisition program offices
- Experience in a Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA) Program Office
- Experience with Navy supply chain, provisioning process, or Navy funding processes including OPN-8 funding and Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM) processes
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including engineering, acquisition, logistics, and fleet stakeholders
- Knowledge of Department of Defense acquisition lifecycle processes, including DoD 5000 series, and sustainment planning
- Possession of strong analytical, research, organizational, problem-solving, cost analysis, and risk management skills
- Possession of excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Master's degree a plus
- Lifecycle Logistics (LCL), Program Management (PM) DAWIA, or PMP Certification
