Job Summary
Logistics Analyst - Systems coordinates with regional logistics teams to understand and resolve system issues, documents end-to-end error resolution processes, performs transaction reconciliation between SAP, SMS, UPS, and other systems, and drives system enhancements for process optimization. The role involves data gathering and RCA for EDI issues, monitoring and maintaining master data quality, and ensuring accurate data in available systems. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, SAP experience, data-analytics proficiency (Power BI/Excel), and strong organizational and communication skills to support logistics operations across the business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Bachelor’s in engineering preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain or operations roles
- Experience in SAP and data analytics tools (Excel/Power BI)
- Knowledge of SAP system is must
- English language proficiency
- Exposure to SAP interfaces with other systems (e.g. EDI)
