Job Summary
Support NAVSEA's PMS 340 office by coordinating logistics planning, maintaining configuration and supply data, and ensuring integrated product support across the program's lifecycle. Develop logistics documentation, track maintenance and sustainment requirements, and analyze readiness impacts while collaborating with engineering, acquisition, and Fleet stakeholders to keep systems mission-ready. Requires HS Diploma, two years of logistics or sustainment experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance. Familiarity with NAVSEA processes, ILS elements, or PMS 340 mission areas is desired, along with experience using Navy data systems such as CDMD-OA or NTCSS. Salary range is $75,000 to $82,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- 2 years of logistics or sustainment experience
- Experience supporting DoD or Navy logistics functions, including supply, maintenance, or configuration management
- Active DoD Secret clearance (or higher)
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with NAVSEA logistics processes, ILS elements, or PMS 340 mission areas
- Experience with Navy data systems such as CDMD-OA, NTCSS, or other logistics information systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to support briefings and documentation development
