Job Summary
Logistics Analyst – Shipt Operations on a Hybrid arrangement will monitor KPIs, data, and metrics to identify, execute and drive improvement through root cause defect reduction, supporting day-to-day operational excellence for Target Last Mile Delivery and Same Day Delivery; collaborate with internal partners, technical teams, and field teams; requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in complex systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data in Excel or other analytical tools; experience with SQL is a plus; priorities include cost, service, speed, and sustainability.
