Logistics Analyst

Job Summary
Coordinate drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity and ensure efficient, prompt service while overseeing safety, customer experience, and productivity. Analyze daily route information to implement changes that improve routing standardization and accuracy using the internal platform, responding to same-day changes and next-day planning needs. Monitor daily routing activities to resolve issues, evaluate driver performance, and manage swing routes to maximize capacity and profitability. Communicate proactively with drivers and customers to address missed pickups, service exceptions, and delays, ensuring all routes are closed on time with accurate data.
Required Qualifications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Skillful with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Ability to understand and execute time-sensitive tasks
- Experience in a customer-facing position
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of prior experience working in a Dispatcher or similar leadership role
