Job Summary
Provide medical logistics assistance support to Army units, ensuring delivery of medical sustainment technical guidance and coordinating maintenance requirements with supported units and local Medical Treatment Facilities. Manage Class VIII re-supply requirements, develop resource recommendations, and execute handoffs of medical equipment to gaining units while conducting fault systems analysis for identified materiel support issues. Maintain close coordination with Program Executive Office Soldier, Project Manager Soldier Medical Devices, and other Medical Life Cycle Management Command liaisons to facilitate technical guidance and unit synchronization for fielding missions. Prepare accurate monthly reports detailing activities and logistics support in accordance with contract requirements. This contingent position requires extensive domestic and international travel and involves on-site infrastructure and materiel handling support for global medical contingency activities.
Required Qualifications
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Army regulations, policies, and procedures, including Army Regulation 25-50
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Project, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio)
- Experienced in using Army Automation Systems such as TEWLS, LOGICOL, AESIP, GCSS-A, LMI-DST, and M3PT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize requirements effectively
- Experience in coordinating and managing medical materiel fielding missions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in medical logistics or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Army automated logistics systems such as TEWLS, LOGICOL System, AESIP, GCSS-A, LMI-DST, and M3PT
- Secret Clearance required
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Ability to travel both domestically within the United States and internationally
- Must possess an unexpired US Passport
