Job Summary

Dispatch refill trucks from stations to customer jobsites on schedules aligned with active print operations, optimizing recharge workflows to minimize downtime. Oversee FormCrete discharge at sites and coordinate bulk tanker logistics for concentrate material transport, while managing preventive maintenance for the fleet and ensuring DOT compliance. Track all deliveries in real time, provide proactive updates to project teams, and resolve delays or routing conflicts. Plan and monitor nationwide transport of raw materials and printer components, optimizing routes to reduce costs and improve reliability. Maintain accurate records of shipments and asset movement using internal systems, analyze fleet utilization metrics, and report on KPIs including fuel efficiency and driver safety scores.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, fleet management, transportation planning, or dispatch coordination
  • Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field
  • significant related professional experience
  • Experience managing fleet maintenance programs and vehicle lifecycle operations
  • Familiarity with DOT regulatory compliance, including driver qualification files and HOS management
  • Track record coordinating time-sensitive deliveries in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with fleet management or telematics platforms (e.g., Samsara, Verizon Connect, LogRock)
  • working knowledge of ERP systems and logistics tracking software
  • Strong skills in logistics data analysis and reporting

  • Knowledge of DOT regulations, load planning, and material handling best practices
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with logistics on large-scale construction sites, warehousing, or industrial projects
  • Understanding of USDOT, TXDOT, and TXDMV rules and regulations
  • Ability to assess basic vehicle mechanical issues and coordinate field repairs
  • Experience with 3PL coordination and bulk material transport
  • Familiarity with construction bills of material handover workflows and jobsite delivery logistics
