Job Summary
Manage asset entry into GCSS-MC and DPAS while maintaining Key Supporting Documents and MILSTRIP documentation. Reconcile Due-In and Status Files, maintain sub-custody records, and support capital asset lifecycle documentation from acquisition to final disposition. Conduct causative research to resolve account discrepancies and prepare auditable documentation to support audit readiness. Propose workflow efficiencies and assist in internal control implementation. Requires Bachelor's degree, four years of experience, and working knowledge of GCSS-MC, DPAS, and PIEE/WAWF/EDA systems. Full-time role with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of related experience (minimum)
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, speak and hear, and to use hands and arms for routine work tasks
- The employee may occasionally lift or move items up to 30 pounds
- Vision abilities required include close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses
Desired Qualifications
- experience in supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs
- knowledge of policy/ principles/organizational protocols
- Working knowledge and experience in the following: Global Combat Support System – Marine Corps (GCSS-MC)
- Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS)
- Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE/WAWF/EDA)
- FEDMALL,WebFLIS, PDREP, Logistics Data Gateway (LDG), and ETMS2
- Experience preparing and maintaining auditable documentation
- Ability to conduct causative research and resolve account discrepancies
- Familiarity with Marine Corps internal control programs and audit compliance requirements
- Experience facilitating Government property transfers (GFP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-volume transactional workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision
