Job Summary
logistics analyst role focused on analyzing, developing, and optimizing logistics and warehouse operations to support accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across the supply chain. Key duties include maintaining SOPs for logistics and warehouse processes, performing variance analysis during physical inventory, providing data-driven insights through data mining and modeling, preparing regular performance reports with actionable recommendations, monitoring warehouse KPIs, optimizing space utilization with 5S and safety standards, ensuring inventory integrity across facilities, conducting root-cause investigations and implementing corrective actions, and performing monthly risk assessments and mock audits to ensure compliance and process reliability. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong logistics knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI tools, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power BI, Outlook, Teams, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, Word)
- Effective team collaboration skills across cross-functional departments
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in project management, planning, and resource coordination is an advantage
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
