Job Summary
Logistics Analyst responsible for optimizing logistics costs and improving supply chain financial performance through data-driven analysis and process improvements. Independently verify and analyze complex domestic and international shipments across multiple modes, evaluate freight spend and carrier performance, and drive cost-saving and service improvements. Implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean/DBS methodologies, ensure compliance with global trade regulations and trade policies, and embed trade compliance into processes. Collaborate cross-functionally to lead carrier sourcing, contract negotiations, and performance reporting to leadership, and drive structured execution across teams. This role is based on-site in Torrance, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or other field
- Several years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain analytics or related
- Advanced data analysis skills; strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities, drive results, and effectively communicate, present, and engage stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and TMS platforms
- Prior experience managing projects
