Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison for designated customers to coordinate aircraft maintenance and repair, monitoring Production to Plan and On-Time Delivery metrics to meet Fleet readiness goals. Interpret Integrated Product Support implications regarding system design modifications and budgetary shifts while analyzing complex logistics data to identify improvement areas. Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership, collaborate with JPO subject matter experts on capability establishment, and execute root cause analysis to mitigate execution barriers. Track induction and completion schedules to ensure alignment with Mission Capable and Full Mission Capable aircraft requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in acquisition related to in-service support of DoD weapons systems
- experience in aviation depot, MRO, or manufacturing environments
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Additional 4 years of experience of acquisition or operational logistics management experience
- Experience in logistics data analysis
- experience in an aircraft program office or defense environment
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including FRCs, PEOs, PMAs, and NAVSUP/DLA Fleet
- Experience with Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements and sustainment planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and/or data analysis tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data sets
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft configuration management, maintenance planning, and supply chain operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Able to obtain a Secret Clearance
