Logistics Administration

Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics operations including transportation and warehousing to ensure adequate supply of products and materials. Oversees an efficient system that meets inventory control needs through the movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods via activities such as locating and dispatching, provisioning, receiving, procurement, and inventory level optimization. Ensures compliance with US and international regulatory requirements. Oversees timely processing of documentation and monetary transactions related to international distribution. Negotiates with customers and manages issues with customs officials for import/export and cross-docking in a fast-paced environment to achieve the agreed operational quality standard throughout the customs clearance process. Responsible for Annex 24 activities. Responsibilities include administration of customs compliance, preparation of annual IMMEX and PROSEC reports, fiscal opinion information, inventory-control system releases, bi-monthly reports (Annexo 31), destruction certificates, coordination of fixed asset imports, data-stage analysis, digital filing across entities, regime-change coordination, regulatory requests, and adherence to organizational metrics.
