Job Summary
Logistics Admin to join the Logistics/Order Management team. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating sales orders as engineering changes are implemented, providing accurate order status via email and databases, reporting proactive status during backlog or lead-time delays, processing internal and non-standard orders, ensuring shipments are processed as materials become available, coordinating with global Customer Service/Sales Reps to maintain order accuracy and remove delivery or invoicing blocks, tracking returns and discrepancies, extracting data from SAP for reporting, and adapting to shifting priorities. Strong emphasis on cross-functional communication, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Occasional travel may be required. Must have a High School diploma or GED; 1+ year relevant experience; SAP/ERP familiarity is strongly preferred; proficiency with MS Word/Excel. Full-time role with a pay range of $22.22-$34.72 per hour, plus bonus and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required
- Some level of further education/formal training preferred
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience in similar role
- ERP systems knowledge, SAP experience strongly preferred
- Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets/documents in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Requires accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
