Logisticien (H/F) Transport Nat & Inter

Job Summary
Ensure delivery of finished products for France and inter-company orders by calculating measurements, consulting carriers, preparing legal transport documents, and negotiating prices and timelines. Monitor shipments, resolve disputes, and verify invoices while maintaining the classification and archiving of all transport documentation. Prepare export and import customs clearance paperwork, manage inventory analysis, and track transportation and clearance processes. Contribute to defining and improving shipping procedures, and provide administrative support to the expedition team. Interface with the Assembly Order Manager and sales department to track delays, reschedule orders, and manage modifications. Perform statistical analysis on carrier performance regarding cost, delivery time, quality, and frequency.

- Knowledge of the transportation industry and its regulations
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- Knowledge of import and export administrative procedures
- Knowledge of customs regulations
- Knowledge of products, packaging, and processes
- Knowledge of SAP (Sales and Distribution)
- Knowledge of LES (Transportation Management)
- Knowledge of MM (Material Management)
- Proficiency in English
