Job Summary
Manage OM&S inventory support by conducting Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) book-to-floor inspections and generating Catalog Ordering Logistic Tracking System (COLTS) reports. Execute material shipment actions, including responding to requests and creating documents for worldwide outgoing and return shipments. Update COLTS databases with real-time Program of Record spares allocation, location, and condition data while researching One Touch Supply and SATCOM ILS product databases. Coordinate Installation Check Out Spares support, international shipments, and failed asset routing for No Evidence of Failure testing. Oversee depot overhaul tracking for NMT X-Band High Power Amplifiers and manage EBEM inventory through offline ITSM ticket creation. Requires a Secret US DoD security clearance and three years of logistics acquisition and sustainment experience.

- Project Management
- In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) fielding and sustainment support
- 3+ years of experience using ITSM
- Experience with REMEDY

- Experience with CDMD-OA
- Experience with CMPRO
- Experience with SPIDER

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Secret US DoD security clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certified in Lifecycle [Acquisition] Logistics Level 1
- Equivalent logistics training
- Additional two (2) years working in direct support of defense life-cycle logistics
